I met Rachel from afar, at first. I was in Florida looking to come back to the Gulf Coast. I found a property (on Zillow) that she had listed, but ultimately we determined it was not for me once I made the 5 hour drive to actually see it. It gave me an opportunity to meet Rachel in person and discuss in detail exactly what I was seeking. In what seemed a blink of an eye, she found a property that checked every, and I mean every, box we discussed. I had my nephew, since he was there locally, look at it and he reported 'THIS IS IT. Sight unseen I trusted Rachel's expertise as to value for listing price, and my nephew's judgement and made an offer sight unseen. Long story short, I sold my house in Florida and shortly after closed on the Mississippi property I had not seen prior to offer being accepted. A year later, I am still as ecstatic as the day I first saw it in person, Rachel ensured a (fairly) quick closing and It checks every box I wanted, then some. I qualified with a (fairly) as the seller was a bit difficult to deal with and it was out of Rachel's hands for some of the 'issues' the seller presented after accepting the offer, while it was going through the appraisal stage. Rachel was phenomenal in dealing with every 'road block' presented by the seller on the path to closing.

Rachel was amazing!! I was a first time home buyer and really had a lot of questions. She answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and so sweet. We found a house (literally the first house I sent her) and she took charge right away that same day. We scheduled a tour and she worked around my work schedule and the fact that I was coming from out of town. She even got the buyer's agent to hold off a few days on accepting the multiple offers so I could come down and see the house and have a fair shot. And before that she went to the house for me and updated me on everything. I loved it needless to say and she helped me put in the best offer.
